Echo Lee is a Commercial Account Executive with extensive experience in sales, business, and risk management. She began her career as a sales representative in various industries, where she developed a strong foundation in client service, relationship building, and business development. Motivated to specialize further, she completed the General Insurance and Risk Management program at BCIT, which marked the start of her career in the insurance industry. Echo has since earned the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and the Commercial Insurance Certificate (CIC) from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
In her current role, Echo focuses on commercial insurance solutions for a wide range of clients, including small businesses, property owners, strata corporations, farms, and mid-sized enterprises. Her expertise covers areas such as property insurance, liability protection, business interruption, cyber risk and industry-specific packages tailored to unique risks. She takes pride in helping business owners not only safeguard their assets but also strengthen their long-term growth and stability.

Outside of work, Echo enjoys swimming, gardening, and connecting with friends from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is also passionate about music and movies and is currently learning to play the handpan as a mindful activity.
