Our Onboarding Experience

We will fully train you to be a successful insurance professional! We use a blended learning approach where our Learning & Development team works with various teams in the organization to develop and deliver key information to you. We focus on a holistic onboarding experience, integrating compliance, skill development and job knowledge training. If your role requires an Insurance License, we will sponsor you to achieve it through your provincial insurance council after having you successfully complete our in-house training.

We believe that you are in charge of your own learning, but we want to provide you the opportunity to learn in many ways so you can achieve your goals. We offer in-house resources to help you further develop various skills, including licensing levels, product knowledge, and leadership development.

Your journey continues at Western.
