Seven (7) Employee Resource Groups with executive and/or senior leadership sponsorship and contribution support.
Fostered and created partnerships with national community organizations in support of the four DEI pillars.
Developed four (4) foundational DEI eLearning modules covering topics such as Introduction to DEI, Allyship, and Unconscious Bias.
Launched 2024 DEI organizational goals with key performance indicators and supporting initiatives.
