Unity in Diversity: Stand Proud, Stand Together
Throughout June, July, and August, communities across Canada celebrate Pride. This period is dedicated to recognizing the history, contributions, and ongoing fight for equality and freedom for all members and allies of the 2SLGBTQI+ communities.
Western is recognizing our 2SLGBTQI+ team members, customers, and communities by taking time to learn about their struggles, elevate their voices, and continue to support the creation of a more inclusive and supportive future.
This year, our theme, Unity in Diversity: Stand Proud, Stand Together, recognizes that Western Financial Group is committed to creating a safe space for everyone to be their unique selves.
In the spirit of celebration, on June 1, our PRIDE Employee Resource Group (ERG) representatives and teammates marched with such vitality and joy at the Winnipeg Pride Parade!
