A full-time broker since I was 25 - started in the family business at age 16 part time on the first ICBC Autoplan input in 1972. Yes, I am still loving insurance sales and insurance marketing after 53 years.
Liability and Specialty Lines are my core interest: everything new keeps me going. As a past president of Rotary Daybreak Nanaimo, for me decisions are made with the 4-way test applied: Is it true? Is it fair? Does it build goodwill and better friendships? Is it beneficial to all?
Life is best including my wife Nancy and our 3 children: now in their 30s and working to thrive. I enjoy puttering and muttering in the garage on various woodwork and boating projects and going hiking or to the gym and the pool 3 times per week.
