Errors and Omissions Coverage for Agrologists
As one of the Alberta Institute of Agrologists' (AIA) endorsed providers of Errors and Omissions (E&O) Liability Insurance, Western Financial Group is pleased to offer both Commercial General Liability (CGL) and E&O plans that have been specifically developed to provide the specialized protection that agrologists need.
What's the Difference Between E&O and CGL Insurance?
E&O and CGL Insurance coverages are designed to work together to address risks and exposures for which you, as an Agrologist, may be held legally liable.
Professional Liability / E&O Insurance is intended to address risks that arise from rendering professional services. The policy responds to losses of an economic nature usually caused through negligence in performing, or failure to perform, professional services.
CGL Insurance, on the other hand is designed to protect the policy holder against liability arising out of operations causing bodily injury, death, or damage to physical property caused by an occurrence on or off premises.
