Brad Gooding is a senior finance leader with over 20 years of experience spanning financial services, legal services, real estate, construction, energy, and insurance. He has held leadership roles across both private and public organizations in North America.
Brad began his career in a specialized accounting firm focused on economic damages, where he built mastery in analyzing, forecasting, and auditing complex insurance and litigation claims. This strong foundation continues to shape his approach today, enabling him to deliver precise, actionable financial insights that support strategic decision?making.
His areas of expertise include strategy development, change management, financial modeling, ROI analysis, and valuation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, Brad partners closely with business leaders to advance enterprise priorities and drive long?term value creation across Western’s portfolio. “We don’t just spend—we invest. Outside of work, Brad enjoys time with his wife, their two young children, and their dog, Buckley.
