With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and business leadership, Abby brings a deep well of expertise from a wide range of industries, including retail, hospitality, aviation, manufacturing, oil and gas, education, and insurance. Her career spans both the private and public sectors, with impact felt coast to coast across Canada.
Abby’s leadership style combines strategic insight with empathetic engagement. She works closely with business leaders to advance organizational priorities and unlock the full potential of our people. Her expertise in change management, employee relations, talent strategy, and leadership development will be a tremendous asset to Western.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor and maintains both Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations.
