Morgan Mackenzie
SVP, Enterprise Strategy, Partnerships & Transformation
For over 14 years, Morgan has built her career at Western Financial Group through a series of progressively senior roles, leading to her current position as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Strategy, Partnerships & Transformation.
She began her career journey in the Property and Casualty industry managing a commercial book of business for Canadian business owners before moving into leadership in 2014. Since then, she has held multiple operational and service-focused leadership positions, including Senior Vice-President of Central Service, where she oversaw national service operations and enterprise-wide process enablement.
Morgan holds a Business Administration education and has earned her CAIB and CIP designations. She also currently serves as President of the Insurance Institute of Manitoba’s chapter and is an elected board member with the Insurance Brokers Association of Manitoba.
