TERMS & CONDITIONS | Quote For Hope
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Quote For Hope program (the “Charity Donation Program”) in which The Western Financial Group (“Western”) through the Western Communities Foundation (“the Foundation”) intend to donate $10 (each a “Donation”) to local children’s hospital foundations, for every eligible new customer home and business insurance quotes, up to $50,000 in total donation. In these Terms & Conditions, any reference to “Applicant” refers to and includes any individuals or entity submitting an insurance quote pursuant to the Charity Donation Program.
By applying under the Charity Donation Program, all Applicants confirm that they are fully aware of and accept all these Terms & Conditions:
- No purchase is necessary. Donation is not contingent on purchase or binding of coverage.
- Campaign period: Eligible quotes are accepted between 12:00 a.m. MT February 19, 2026 to 11:59 p.m. MT May 15, 2026.
- Eligibility: Western through the Foundation will donate $10 to local children’s hospital foundations in the community where the quote is generated for each unique, completed home or business insurance quote initiated by a new customer or existing customer seeking a new policy, during the campaign period, up to a maximum aggregate donation of $50,000.
- Exclusions: Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or unverifiable submissions will not qualify.
- Geography: Canada only. Void where prohibited by law or regulation.
- Tax receipts: No tax receipts will be issued. Donations will be made directly from the Western Communities Foundation to the charity partner.
- The entry pursuant to the Charity Donation Program does not entitle Applicants to direct a Donation to an Eligible Charity or to any other benefit. Applicants acknowledge that the Charity Donation Program may be terminated, suspended, or modified at any time at the Foundation’s sole discretion and will not affect donations already earned prior to the effective date of change.
- The administration of the Charity Donation Program is subject to Western and the Foundation’s applicable policies, including Western and the Foundation’s Privacy Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WESTERN FINANCIAL GROUP (OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS, OR ANY OF ANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS) HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES OR CLAIMS WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWSOEVER CAUSED, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE CHARITY NOMINATION PROGRAM, EVEN IF ANY OF THE PARTIES ENTITLED TO THE BENEFIT OF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILTY HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, DAMAGE OR CLAIM.
