IBANB Honours Vicky Geldart with 2026 Above & Beyond Award of Excellence
Western’s Vicky Geldart, Insurance Advisor, has been named the recipient of the Insurance Brokers Association of New Brunswick (IBANB) 2026 Above & Beyond Award of Excellence, selected from 120 nominees. This recognition reflects not only Vicky’s individual dedication and professionalism, but also the values that guide how we serve our customers and support one another across Western. Her commitment to delivering exceptional service, building trust and showing up for both clients and colleagues is a strong example of the kind of impact this award is meant to recognize.
For more than 16 years, Vicky has supported clients and colleagues in the Petitcodiac and Moncton branches with consistency, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility. She is known for stepping in where needed, supporting teammates during busy or challenging periods and ensuring clients feel informed, supported and well looked after. Over time, that steady approach has helped her build meaningful relationships and a high level of trust within her community, something that sits at the heart of great customer service.
What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it reflects both the way Vicky approaches her work and the way she approaches people. The award itself came as a surprise to her, which made the moment even more special. The stories shared through her nomination speak to someone who leads with empathy, takes initiative and consistently helps create positive experiences for customers, teammates and community members alike. This award also reflects the environment around Vicky. Vicky’s manager, Amy Perks, has clearly helped foster an environment where care, accountability and service are valued, while Regional Manager Nancy Fullarton’s thoughtful nomination helped bring forward the many ways Vicky lives out those qualities each day.
