Petsecure Extends Hours to Provide More Availability to Customers
First Canadian-owned pet insurance company to provide customer service on Sundays
Petsecure is now open to take your calls seven days a week. Piloted in January, and well received by callers, the customer care centre will be open on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CT, in addition to the regular Monday to Saturday hours.
The first Canadian-owned pet health insurance company to open their call centre seven days a week, customers can quickly be put in touch with licensed professionals by calling 1(800) 268-1169.
