Having a custom built boat it has been very difficult to find insurance coverage, but dealing with Western Financial and Stephanie Noack make a difference. Stephanie worked very hard finding the proper coverage for my boat until she succeeded, she is very knowledge and very professional, even on her personal vacation time she responded to some of my emails. Western has a very valuable employee. Stephanie, thank you again for your hard work.

I'd recommend Dayna to anyone who needs help with their insurance. Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure he gave me the best possible rate, but he also stayed past his working hours to make sure I could get insurance the day of. I was in a bind when I called him, feeling hopeless that nothing would be sorted out, but he took the time to ensure my needs were met and then some.
