Riding With the Stamps On and Off the Field
As the Calgary Stampeders head into the playoffs, we’re proud to stand behind a team that shows resilience, dedication, and heart, which reflect our values and communities we both serve. Our partnership with the Stamps is about more than football; it’s about investing in the people and places that make our country strong.
Through the Western Financial Group Communities Foundation, we help build resilience year-round and step up when crisis strike.
Since 2001, we’ve granted more than $9 million to over 750 local causes across Canada, supporting food banks, Indigenous infrastructure projects, youth programs, first responders, and community health initiatives. When our branches rally behind their hometowns, it feels a lot like game day, people coming together with purpose, drive, and pride.
The Calgary Stampeders lead by example, working with community partners like food banks, shelters, youth programs and local non-profits to support the people who make our communities stronger.
Just as every yard counts in a playoff run, every dollar, volunteer hour, and local partnership helps move communities forward. Whether it’s building Safe Places like delivering emergency relief for those displaced by disasters or crises, or supporting Indigenous-led projects, we’re in it for the long game, protecting what matters on and off the field.
We’re cheering loud for the Stamps this weekend! Go Stamps Go!
