Western Communities Foundation Helps Build Safer, Healthier Communities in Lake Country
Western Financial Group’s Lake Country branch is proud to support Lake Country Health with a donation made possible through the Western Communities Foundation.
Each year, the Foundation empowers local branches to support vital not-for-profit organizations that make a meaningful impact in their communities. This year, the Lake Country team selected Lake Country Health for its commitment to accessible health and wellness services for residents across the region. So far, the team has raised over $2,000 for this charity.
Micheal Ryder, Branch Lead at Western Financial Group in Lake Country, presented the donation to Brad Buie, Executive Director of Lake Country Health. The funds will help advance the organization’s mission to foster a healthier, more connected community.
Since its inception in 2001, the Western Communities Foundation has granted over $9 million to initiatives across Canada, with a strong focus on creating safe and inclusive spaces for all. Whether through health services, education, or infrastructure, the Foundation continues to invest in the well-being of Canadians, one community at a time.
