Western Financial Group Encourages High River Customers to Visit Okotoks Catastrophe Claims Centre
High River, (AB), - Following today’s announcement that High River residents whose homes are in the northwest part of the flood-ravaged community can go back to their homes as early as Saturday, Western Financial Group (Western) is encouraging High River customers to visit the company’s catastrophe claims centre in Okotoks (207, 200 Southridge Drive) until Western is permitted to regain access to its head office in High River.
The catastrophe claims centre in Okotoks will be open daily to customers and residents seeking advice from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the Canada Day long weekend. The centre will be open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. following the long weekend.
As an alternative to visiting the Okotoks claims centre, customers can call the claims centre directly at 403-938-0777 where an experienced Western Financial Group representative will be able to answer their questions and assist them during this time.
Residents with an emergency claim after regular business hours can call Western’s 24/7 claims line at 1-877-599-7299.
