Western Financial Group Rebuilding its Branch in High River
HIGH RIVER (AB), – Western Financial Group (Western) announced today that it is committed to rebuilding its branch in High River that was destroyed by the recent flooding. Construction on the branch, located at 313 – 1st Street West, has begun and the branch is anticipated to re-open in early 2014.
“High River is the home of Western Financial Group. We are part of this community and are committed to rebuilding,” said Jeff Burke, President of Western Financial Group. “While our branch was destroyed in the flood, we have been able to fully meet the needs of our customers and local community members from our temporary office down the road at our corporate head office. We look forward to re-opening our historic 1st Street West branch location in early 2014.”
The temporary High River branch is located at 1010 – 24th Street S.E. and is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As an alternative to visiting the branch, customers can call (403) 652-2224 and speak with a High River branch representative.
