Western's Lloydminster Branches Present $5,000 Community Infrastructure Grant
Our Lloydminster branch is proud to support the next step in building stronger communities through a $5,000 Community Infrastructure Grant, co-presented by our Lloydminster team and SGI. This funding supports the Lloydminster Catholic School Division – St. Mary’s Elementary Playground Project.
St. Mary’s Elementary School’s playground is a vital gathering space for more than 300 students and countless families in the heart of Lloydminster. This project goes beyond replacing aging equipment, it’s about creating a safe, durable, inclusive, and accessible space where children of all abilities can play, learn, and grow.
Aligned with our Community Development focus, this initiative helps create welcoming spaces that foster connection, inclusion, and long-term community wellbeing. We’re excited to see this project come to life and the lasting impact it will have as a true community hub for students, families, and neighbours alike.
