Kenny Nicholls Named Top 25 CEO by Glassdoor

Congratulations to Western Financial Group’s President and CEO, Kenny Nicholls, for being recognized on Glassdoor's Employees' Choice Awards as one of Canada’s Top CEOs of 2021.

Unlike any other workplace award, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards are based on the opinion of team members who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback about their CEO’s leadership, job insights, employee experience and company over the past year.

Across the approximately 1.5 million employers reviewed on Glassdoor, the average CEO approval rating is 73 per cent. Mr. Nicholls ranked 13th overall with an outstanding rating of 97 per cent.
