After several offensive experiences with 2 employees at a local competitor (who'd handled our business over the past 7 years), I asked a friend for a referral elsewhere. She sent us to the 100 Mile House WFG office. It was for a not-every-day type of transfer (2 vehicles from business to personal) and had taken us much effort, (calls/emails with a gov't office) to get everything done. Finally, I felt confident all details were ready before we entered the WFG office - YEAH!!! However, we had not looked at the TIME; it was close to the end of their day. Long story short, Katie & Dawn ensured the detailed forms I handed over were 100% complete & correct, even lending tools to remove the old plates from the vehicles. Before long, I noticed the time and it was now 15 min after closing!!! I felt terrible, apologized profusely and both ladies carried on with smiles and good humour. They were consistently friendly, helpful, answered questions, very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish (about 30 min past closing - YIKES). Several other co-workers were kind as well - nobody made us feel badly. Their team understands how important good ol' fashion Customer Service is STILL very much a critical part of who gets business and who doesn't! THANK YOU ALL - we'll be back for travel and home insurance.
