Today I reestablished my faith in “good service”. I had been very frustrated with my previous car insurer. Being put on hold for 40 mins the first time I called, and THEN 1 hr and 30 mins the second time (after being told i was 2nd on the wait list) Not my idea of service. HOWEVER, dealing with Western Financial Group was a breath of fresh air, Coralie was masterful at getting my insurance sorted out. She was professional, efficient, and personable. She restored my faith in believing that good service is still out there. Too bad there’s not a 6 star rating

I called in to cancel add-on policy I thought I didn't need (AMI) ahead of a lease renewal but after having a quick, but thorough and very pleasant conversation with Kaela, I decided not to. She actually made me realize the policy could be used to fix a windshield issue before my lease was due, therefore making the policy worth it in the end. I'm really excited at the prospect of saving money thanks to her advice, but also really satisfied with her customer service and WFG in general. Solid recommendation for this broker and thank you Kaela!
