The office was very busy on a Wednesday about an hour before closing, but the service was still excellent! Michelle, the receptionist, was so kind and understanding in helping connect me with someone who could assist me. Lanelle was the lovely representative I was transferred to, and she quickly helped me add a vehicle to my policy and had a pink slip ready for me at the front desk in about 15 minutes so I could head straight to the License Bureau afterward. Thank you both for the prompt service, attention to detail, and for making the whole process so easy!
